"We were so ready to scale down and we liked the "condo concept". However, we didn't want to live in a large building with several condos, where privacy can be questionable. I also like to putter and work in the garden and our little plot is just perfect. With first class amenities and activities, it is so easy to meet new friends. Our cozy cottage in Highlands Cove offers all these things plus a wonderful view from our screened in porch. I wouldn't change a thing."
